Developing Complete Awareness keeps sustaining the source of Gratitude (self-caring, self-healing, and self-renewal) and inspires one to focus on important life dimensions that matter for one’s Wellbeing. The practice of Gratitude scanning and expansion is a great way to share and give what you have within.

When was the last time, you have thought about your wholesome nutrition, healthy exercise, and tonic to boost your mind fitness? Are you paying enough attention to your Mental Wellbeing just as much as your physical fitness? We learn to take intentional efforts to check our actions in this regard.

Session 4: Strengthening Complete Awareness
What is Complete Awareness … possibly the most impactful process for sustaining Human Happiness, Joy, and Contentment. In this session, we explore it more deeply through a practice session. You also get an opportunity to review whether you are refining your Scientist-Sage qualities and dampening the Saboteur (enemy within).
