4. When theory is being explained, listen carefully to the Facilitator while reading the important points posted on screen/slides.
5. Before starting practice session, watch the short animation videos while carefully listening to the instructions to understand the actual practice.
6. As you start the practice session, you can close your eyes and focus on meditation practice while listening to the instructions.

7. As many life enhancing ideas, principles and research findings have been shared within 4.5 hours, having a daily Daily, Weekly, and Monthly self-renewal practise sessions are most beneficial as per our decades of experience.
8. Daily present moment awareness (pmA) in all postures (especially sitting, walking, eating etc)
9. Daily sitting meditation for 15-20 min as per your timetable
10. Weekly Self Renewal session (approx. 90-min of Session 1 plus any one of the other five sessions as per your choice) to strengthen your Complete awareness and six other important dimensions. Noting down important points such as goals, challenges, and how you overcame them in Diary/Journal is highly recommended.
11. Monthly Review session (Self-assessment skill) to write down specific progress in …..
a. Is there progress in Clarity of Life Purpose?
b. Is your experience of Freedom moments of Happiness, Joy, and contentment (Smiling & Gratitude) increasing?
c. Are you able to serve voluntarily with joy but without expectations?
d. How long does it take to rebound from obstacles and challenges of negativities & illusions? Is the time required decreasing?
